Hi. I’m Marcin.
I’ve been in tech for 20 years. I wrote code, co-founded a company, sat on a board, scaled engineering teams across countries, and somewhere along the way became the person everyone calls when things are on fire.
Then AI showed up and I couldn’t stop tinkering.
Now I run engineering teams by day and build multi-agent AI systems by night. Not demos. Not prototypes. Systems that run every day, talk to each other, and occasionally do things I didn’t expect.
The career so far
NFQ Technologies (2021–now) — I lead 4 product teams across Poland and Lithuania. 15+ engineers, EUR 1.5M+ portfolio, near-zero voluntary attrition in 3 years. That last part is the one I’m most proud of.
Binary Minds (2013–2021) — Built the engineering department from zero. Board member. Ran projects from $100K to $1M. Learned that compliance (PCI DSS, HIPAA) is boring until the audit starts.
Domeny.pl (2010–2013) — Poland’s biggest domain registrar. Shipped core platforms handling thousands of daily transactions. First taste of real scale.
Geektech (2008–2010) — Co-founded a studio. Did everything: sales, code, servers, invoices. Learned that doing everything is not a strategy.
What I actually do now
I build AI systems that work. Not “let me show you a demo” work — actually work. Multi-agent orchestration with Claude, Gemini, and Codex. Pipeline automation. LLM classification. The boring, unsexy infrastructure that makes AI useful instead of impressive.
I also help organizations get past the demo stage. Most teams can build a chatbot in a weekend. Making it reliable, governable, and worth the investment? That’s where it gets interesting.
